This study assesses the effects of employee voice, perceived leadership integrity, and work-related curiosity on counterproductive meeting behaviors within Nigeria’s work organizations. The study’s sample was taken from nine organizations in Lagos Oyo States Nigeria. were selected financial, manufacturing, service industries. These are Guarantee Trust Bank Plc, First City Monument FullRange Microfinance Limited, Seven-up Bottling Company Isoglass Industries Nigeria Atlantic Textile Company, Pixels Digital Services Pacesetters transport IBFC Alliance Limited. Nevertheless, this paper has applied a cross-sectional survey approach, which present researcher randomly disseminated forms (questionnaires). However, out 450 questionnaires, 432 fit for research analyzed with statistical packages social sciences (SPSS vs. 27). current results established significant joint independent negative management ensures adequate consistent encouragement voice by allowing expressions, suggestions, making feel important, rendering listening ears.
